Context. Target raise is between €800K and €1.2M at a post-money cap of €10M. Strategic angels preferred over funds, ideal check sizes 25–100K, with ability to open doors to on-trade distribution in France, Germany, and Benelux.

Why now. The non-alc category has grown 32% YoY in France across on-trade. We hold distribution LOIs from two retail groups and one hospitality chain in Paris. First production run has shipped and margins at 300 cases land at 58%.

What I need from you. A check, or a warm intro to an operator who has shipped a CPG brand through Monoprix, Albert Heijn, or REWE.
